Three Major Awards for Makeitalia

In 2024, Makeitalia has received three significant corporate awards. Three independent research studies, conducted in collaboration with three of Italy’s leading national newspapers (Repubblica, Il Sole 24 Ore and Corriere della Sera), have ranked our company among the top national businesses in terms of growth and performance.

Our consistent revenue growth over the past three years has defined us. Not only in terms of revenue, but also in human capital, which is the primary resource for our company. A glance at 2023 highlights this: a 50% increase in revenue compared to 2022 and 46 new hires.

Makeitalia’s ongoing development has recently led to its inclusion in the rankings of major business awards, both locally and nationally.

Below there are the awards received:

  • Campioni della Crescita 2025“: this list, compiled by Repubblica Affari & Finanza and the Istituto Tedesco Qualità e Finanza (ITQF), ranks the most economically expanding Italian companies of recent years based on significant revenue growth between 2020 and 2023. Makeitalia ranked 246th out of 800 companies.
  • Premio Leader della Crescita 2025″: this recognition, awarded by Il Sole 24 Ore and Statista, places Makeitalia in 350th position in a ranking of 500 Italian companies that have seen significant revenue growth in the last three years.
  • Premio Best Performer 2024“: awarded following a study of business financial statements in the Modena province, conducted by the Centro Studi ItalyPost for the newspapers EmiliaPost and Economia of Corriere della Sera. This study identified the Modena-based companies that have most distinguished themselves in terms of business growth in recent years.

Francesco Tonolo, Partner at Makeitalia, concludes: “Makeitalia is the only company that has always made the Supply Chain its core business. Not only that, but Makeitalia was one of the first consulting companies to establish a logistics/production area at its headquarters. A fully digitised Smart Factory, created to support our clients in the management of purchasing components and physical movement. It is the pragmatism that has always set us apart, enabling us to be chosen by our clients as trusted partners in Supply Chain management, through ongoing collaborations. Our clients also recognise us for the quality of the work we do, a key motivation that helps us maintain trusted relationships.

We are proud of the recognition we have received, and we would like to thank not only our clients but also the wide network of employees and collaborators who enable us to remain a point of reference in the supply chain management sector. A team of professionals and talents who dedicate themselves daily, with commitment and passion, to achieving excellent results within a positive, productive, inclusive, stimulating, meritocratic, and rewarding work environment”.

This is an innovative and meritocratic initiative aimed at highlighting the best talent through practical experience, discussion, and training.

A concrete tool developed by Makeitalia, the Supply Chain Game, allows players to simulate and take on key business roles that manage a supply chain, then assess the consequences and impact of their decisions on business performance. It offers a true-to-life supply chain management experience, providing future professionals with the opportunity to test their knowledge and skills through direct involvement.

Thus, the fourth edition of the Supply Chain Challenge begins. The qualification phase will take place from November 2024 to June 2025. This edition sees the confirmed participation of the following universities: the University of Parma, the University of Naples Federico II, the University of Naples Parthenope, the University of Florence, the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, Sapienza University of Rome, the University of Rome Tor Vergata, the University of Bergamo, the University of Padua, the University of Calabria-Cosenza, the University of Palermo, the University of Siena, the University of Pisa, the University of Brescia, the University of Bologna, the University of Trento, the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, as well as the Politecnics of Milan, Turin, Bari, and Marche.
