Makeitalia raises the curtain and goes on stage during its historic annual Convention
On Thursday, December 12, 2024, our annual event took place at our Company Headquarters, involving a team of 140 employees.
Ready to bid farewell to the successful and eventful 2022–2024 period, we are preparing to welcome the new 2025–2027 period with new goals and challenges to face.
The Makeitalia Convention represents an unmissable and significant event for us. This time the event was held within our Company Headquarters, which was transformed for the day into a theater, and it was an occasion to share the key moments that marked the end of 2024.
Among the topics discussed were: the positive evolution of the company’s revenue and the financial growth in 2024 compared to 2023 (+5%), the objectives for the next 2025–2027 period, new clients alongside the consolidation of long-standing ones, financial solidity, the growth of people, and corporate welfare projects, the new Makeitalia Smart Factory (the company’s production/logistics area dedicated to outsourcing material management), the implemented Digital Supply Chain projects, attention to ESG – Environmental Social Governance issues and activities, actions taken regarding the health and safety of workers, and research and development plans.
The theater setting then revealed an internal Team Building moment: a formative and experiential activity during which employees participated in a theatrical improvisation exercise.
The event concluded with the historic Company Christmas dinner.
