The numerous searches for qualified personnel in this area also confirm the increasing importance of the sector: on LinkedIn alone, the words “Supply chain” are associated – for various types of figures – about 4,500 job offers in Italy.

But if the challenges related to the supply chain are now clear, it is much more complicated to find the right people to manage all the processes related to the Supply Chain.
